She was unbelievable for taking the life of this young man. He was the one with a lot going for him - he had a heart of gold and I recognized it the minute I met him. I want answers to my questions right away - and I want the girl dead. She deserves nothing more, dirty murderer.

Rest in Peace James Ashker, September 21, 2008. one of my best buddies..i was so used to being with him everyday. now that this murder has occurred, i no longer see him anymore. this breaks my heart, especially knowing that the person who did this is a person he trusted. James has a kind heart and will never do this to her. i dont know what demonic thoughts got into her. i hope she gets what she deserves. she's nothing but a psycho and a killer. James, you will always be remembered and never be forgotten. you taught me so much. i looked up to you like you we're my big brother. i will always love you and you will always be a part of me. How can anyone say that she shouldnt be found guilty for what she had done, and that she is a bright innocent girl. She can't de so bright and innocent now can she. She is a joke and what ever she gets for her sentance is what she deserves, and I pray that she gets the worst.To kill someone over such a stupid thing wasnt really worth taking a life of such a young man who had a long life to live ahead of him. All I know is that he did not deserve to die nore to ge stabbed.
So sorry for the family who lost a loved one.
To Take a life is to take away a large piece of each family memebers heart who dearly loved there brother, son, grandchild and nephew, Not only did you robb the young man of his life you have also robbed the family of a piece of there heart.
May his soul find peace and yet watch over his family from above..

Against the drama, a person grieving is entitled to speak freely for the moment at least. Sorry if it offended you, but I truly believe that girl has nothing but bad things coming to her for killing James. If there are any updates as to a memorial, would someone please contact me asap? How can you say that this person was bright and had lots of potential. Obviously not if she had taken this poor boys life. He was smart and a good guy everyone who saw him loved him he stood for everything that was good. He used to hang around you no matter what race or religion or what walk of life you were from. He loved his family and his friends. The real victim is his friends and family dealing with the loss of him. They will never be the same. Canada' s laws have to change on minors. You mean to tell me that any 16 year old can murder someone and get away with it. Because if thats the case id rather live in the states where there is the death penalty or life in prison for a young adult. If you need the young offenders act to hide behind when you have caused a hanus crime like murder then I don't want you in my community neither does my neighbours or my friends because I wanna feel safe when I walk to my car or walk my dog or play with my kids in the park.
