You go to one casino until they p*ss you off then you go to another. It doesn't matter where you stick your dollar because you'll be back, like fleas on a dog. How much free play is Gulfstream giving out each month? Compared to Mardi Gras's $5 or $15 once a month?
Ridiculous how people complain because they want something for nothing as if it's owed to you. I agree with another poster...get off your high horse!

I don't know who in particular you are referring to but, my complaint is based on the promotion Gulfstream offered. I didn't ask them to do a promotion, they created one and then decided to change it. That's just bad marketing.

Gulfstream is the WORST casino of the 3 new slot racinos. They rushed to be the first opened and did a crappy job at planning. The first 'room' opened is nice...but too crampt. The new 'room' opened with more slots is like a big hall. Nothing too unique about it at all.

And the macines are horrible. The denominations are so high...you can't just 'pop' in and play for a few hours on $50. You're out of money in no time. Local casinos need to draw the people in with lower denomination machines and keep the people playing longer. That and more entertainment will be a goldmine.

They should have opened the retail/shops with the slots...they missed the mark. Too bad.

The employees there are so unfriendly as well. They were too busy talking to eachother and ignored the guests. That was in the slot rooms AND the restaurants.

These casinos amaze me on how they think just because they get slots, they think people will run to play. Look at Hard Rock. The people here was Vegas type facilities.

I see God doesn't teach you how to spell. If you don't want to gamble, then don't. Don't tell everyone else what to do. This is the USA...which means we should be allowed to gamble if we wish.

If you paid attention, the gambling is only a piece of the casino experiance. Vegas gambling revenue has gone down, but restaurant and bar revenues have gone up...along with record number of people. Florida will lose many more vacationers to the casino cities. The beach isn't everything in today's world...especially with the hotel costs soaring in Florida due to taxes and insurance.

Been to all of the casinos and I like Pompano Park the best. I'm a retiree and I want the music quieter and the food better than the dreck served at the other places. Seminoles have great restaurants but their main dining room is way too expensive. Lots of thugs at Hallandale (hold onto your wallet), and a few fights in the parking lot. I'll never go there again. The retirees in Pompano want their casino clean, safe, attractive and the food reasonably priced.

I went to Gulfstream to see why they didn't send out our free play (mine and my husband's). The player's club said "That's up to the marketing department; I don't know why." She offered me a t-shirt.(Hardly worth the 80.00 in total free play we would've gotten)!!!!!!!!!
