I realy think that tigo is great.the problem is that you guys seem not to be serious.improve the credit transfering service iwe kama ya marafiki zenu wa voda.with vodacom you can tranfer even 54/-nyie mnang'ang'ania sh 250 komaeni mazee.plus your customer care service isnt working at all.

I have been used tigo the time I was in tanzania and I have seen I lot of advantage but the only disadvantage is their roming for other contries us is still difficult.
And I like to this company try to put more efforts for us users have more chances to use their roming.

I joined with youre new service of downloading tunes,after finishing the process of registration by entering 1333336 as my password and sending to you c0004000124 my choice tune to 717 so as to receive the tune,i was received alerting sms only! instead the tune i expeted to recieve and reduced or credited my account tshs 42o/=without a tune!Am verry irritated!if possible can you send back to me the tune i requested? or can you debit my account for the money deducted without any service offeredd?
