please! tigo the existing system your using for Extreme sytem is not good due to facts that,the specification of the software does not tell the customer on either to input a minimum credit of $1510 balance atleast so as to join.but what you do you program it as if the input is excatly $1500
the system will accept but will deny services to custmer and will not tell the range of $1510 at least.at the end of the day the software will tell that your Xtreme time is finished.
This is unfair for a company.it is better if customer input excatly 1500 the software will prompt atleast $1510 credit balance in your phone and report that your not connected to Extreme rather than to accept the credit balance of 1500 and deny services at all.I can comment that you system is programmed as not to services you customers but is to have a vision for profit maximizing for the company.please undergo software change to save tanzanias who join TiGO

Despite of being cheap,still are alot of factors which makes tigo not to grow well in its prosperity 1.why no costomer cares services in which if somebody needs help somewhere might have an assistance from the company!,2.still there some poor services along the way on travel to upc's,why not improve signal centres so as to get good net coverage,do not cast the oath which the customers handed to you for communal beniffits,3.i think the system of market which you do use is not so sufficient,how can some body opperates in more than seven regions as let say market cordinator!if there is opportunity for efficiency there will be no effectivenes.there area should be reduced for efficient and effectiveness as well as relevancy and reliability,the greater the area the lesser relevancy of datas are,and hence no reliability.from the big people.alutah continuer.in GOD WE TRUST.
