Budget shortfall forces DEQ to cut jobs
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality will eliminate 14 jobs and consolidate operations to compensate for a $1.2 million budget shortfall. via WSLS

It's too bad that they are cutting so many jobs. I read a similar story on http://www.esaphaseone.com that talked about it. I think we need DEQ jobs more than anything right now.
