Doug Stealpicker

Maybe one of the drivers that was "fired" (I think that they just got caught up ni this mess and are, more or less, collateral damage) should take their truck and trailer and drive it right into Doug Stealpecker's living room wall. That way, they can make sure that he gets the truck back.

You're absolutely right, it IS real easy to put the blame on someone else, which is EXACTLY what Dougie is doing. To be THAT ignorant of what is going on in the company that you are in charge of is a piss-poor excuse. Either he is a complete moron who has no business being in a position of responsibility or he was in on it. Either way, he still has to answer for what happened.

Well, Doug, now that all of your (or should I say your Father's) trucks are going to be sold, how do you feel about it? And if *I* can find out about the wineries in California, what makes you think that the Feds or other law enforcement agencies can't? How does it feel knowing that you trashed your father's company to take care of your own selfish wants? Are you going to loot the wineries, too?

Yeah, here it is - May 2010 - and who is going further with his life now, stupid? u should have kept ur mouth shut a couple of years ago b/c obviously u don't kno that scumbag as well as his employees know him now. what was it, exactly that he was doing right? stealing from banks and employees to fund his extravagent lifestyle? sounds like a success to me. we'll see how far he goes when he's locked up for fraud, tax evasion, theft, misrepresentation, etc. etc. etc. maybe u should grow up and learn when not to back talk the grown ups!

now take your foot out of your mouth and tell us what doug did thats right. he screwed the drivers. left them out on the rd to find their own way home while they were hauling his freight. and no he does not pay for anything for the driver ther driver earned a paycheck and paid for his food himself.i think the only thing fat is your mouth. i think you are a ass kisser and will do anything to keep her job. oh and how is doug doing these days?

how are the driver spending money on lizards when the idiot dougie will not pay them. and im not jealous of dougie because even before he was in charge i would never work for arrow trucks are too damn ugly. im so glad doug and his cronies come on here trying to make themselfs look good.

Well, Dougoe-boy spent one night in jail. He got busted on a bad-check warrant and had to stay overnight until his $2500 bail was posted. According to the news article that I read, he's now living in Dallas.

seems i read somewhere that ol doug got arrested in tx for speeding, guess he had a warrant for his arrest in fl from an ex driver who's paycheck bounced. he got out on bail and is fighting extradition back to fl.

How do you like Douggie now that you know he isnt such an great guy? We all know you are either related to him or screwing him. Thats the only explaination for you defense of a person that would do what he did to so many people. By the way, Doug hasnt gone far in his life. All he has been successful at is riding his daddies coattails. He has had no hand in the past success of Arrow Trucking, but he had both hands in its demise. Doug is a person that has no moral fiber and worse yet he has no backbone. He was a coward in how he handled his fathers company and he is a coward in how he lives his life. If you really want to defend him, thats fine, but you really lower yourself to consider him a friend.

My father worked for Jim Pielsticker for 25 years. It took that piece less than 5 yrs to tear all of Jim's hard work down. I cant believe you claim that idoit as a friend. Oh and by the way, if he is such a good friend, answer this one question honestly. How many times did you second guess any business delaing you had with douggie when you found the news out? You cant deny that he is dishonest. Is this you douggie?????

There is a valid reason why people are picking on him. I can personally vouch for his character as a spoiled, rich kid who grew up to expect things handed to him. His father, bless his soul,however was a giving self made man and who's great qualities did not transfer to his son. Doug made many people feel inadequate, treated people as if they were beneath him, but would kiss anybodies ass if he felt there was something to achieve. I use to, and currently do, call him devil in carnation for the emotional anguish he use to inflict upon people that were dear to me. Doug has a lot of overdue karma coming towards him. I just hope the slime he covered himself in isn't to slick. He deserves to be put in his place.

PS his issues have nothing to do with the actual trucking business itself. He was only in the industry becuase his father owned the company and was trying to leave a Legacy. There is a reason why it only took less than a decade for Doug to run Arrow into the ground. A company his father spent most of his life solidifying. He is continually rolling over in his grave. Great job Doug, ha.
