I propose we donate just $1 a day and use it to build our own coal liquification plant. But it must be run as a non-profit business. just wages and operating cost. this would drive oil prices down. but even if oil was free we stick to our plan end there chock hold on us. all public utilities should be ran as such. Making america a super power again. ending government red tape

apparantly all of you are going to just bitch and moan about it |
Unfortunately they won't be the last. I was listening to the stock report station today and they were basically saying that UPS and FEDEX will come out of this ok but alot of others will close. I heard by me that roadway and ABF have laid off quite a few drivers in the past couple of months. I really believe the hardest hasn't hit yet and the politicians are still trying to convince us that everything is ok. It really is quite sad. |

Hey, Stop The Insanity Just remember this: That not everyone that has an accent is an illegal allien & by the way an illegal allien has no chance to bypass CDL requirements. Strike is needed & I'm all for it. You are the insane person here. |

As I was watching Congress today talking to the top five Oil companies! One Congressman, I can not remember his name! Asked ? Where do you see gas prices at the end of the Year? Answer!!! Would not surprise them if it got to be as high as $12.00 a gallon, Now that means D.F. will be at least close to $13.00 a gallon if the tread keeps on going as they are now.
But I think things will break into some sort of madness before then, I can not see the American people surviving past $6.00 a gallon, In smaller towns where people make minium wage for a living, Buy the time they pay for there gas they will not have anything left over, So why go to work? |
|
Gas in Germany is $9.00 a gallon. Terrorism is working right now with the help of Saudi Arabia "OPEC" by not increasing production. Do some research about are current President and Father doing business in houston texas with the Bid Laden family in the early 1980's. There was an oil shale project that someone I knew worked to drill a mine for some of the oil giants and the feds in 1983 in utah. They were asked 6 months later to return to utah and help close it down because the federal government was told to my the OPEC nations they would work with the gov with the oil embargo. GO FIGURE!!!! The purpose was to have this mine built to save construction costs when it was due to open in 2003 to produce oil shale. I wouldn't buy that bull...who do you think controls this country? Think about it the next time you all fill up!!!

Our tax dollars should be working to save america. our nation should be energy independant. Yes I agree its now or never people. united we can send a message to washington. any law or project that isnt good for all!! wont be tolerated. Bush should be tried for treason. he has sold the nation out. same with nafta
|
|
This nation was sold out a long time ago! This country owes money to Saudi and China...that is why all the products sold in this country are made in China. What I like to know is why Walmart back in the 80's use to promote about building America with America products...gee wasn't that a big joke!!! I can't even find a product in the store made in America anymore. Get a chance read the book by Karl Marx called the Communist Manfesto. You will read what this author wrote in the 1800's describes todays capitalism referred to as communism. Interesting take coming from the 1800's of the way of today's world. |

I feel really bad that the truckers are getting the shaft. It is gettig harder and harder to just drive to work every day. As a consumer in the US I would support a truckers strike 100%. Truckers should shut down the ports for a few weeks. Stop hauling cheap loads. Refuse to deliver too or transport anything for the US Government until the government starts taking care of the truckers and US Citizens. I know it is hard to shut down the truck and loose what little money you are making but it is the only thing that is going to correct the fuel prices and send a message that we will not take it anymore. Us 4 wheel drivers can't do it. Takes you truckers.

all the truckers OWNER OPERATORS and COMPANY need to stick together, but, with the rate driving schools are pushing out PROFFESIONAL DRIVERS,company drivers will be cutting there own throat and the companys know it becausethey will just hire new drivers,I used to be an owner operator until fuel prices and insurance hikes made it impossible to keep going,we need an act of congress to stop the big companies, then we will be effective

You are absolutely right about writing or emailing your Congressmen and women. Elections are coming up this November people need to stop the apathy about government and get engaged in the process to vote these selfish elitist bastards out of office. Start e-mailing the white house on a daily basis. Washington D. C. needs to know we a pissed off about what is going on...just like hearings the Congress held the other day with the "Oil Giants" saying they don't contol their record breaking profits...that's a load of bull!!! We have an oil Prez with connections with a saudi family with the last name of Bid Laden. HELLO!!! Write your politicans start a petitions take them to every truck stop you gas up or eat for signatures that the American public is sick and tired of the lies. The truckers are the life line to all of the communities that the public consumes...I support you men and women of the highway. Stand tough people get some back bone and fight this before the middle class dies and loose our voice of freedom. |

Take real good care of him when he is at home, anything he wants. If that doesn't keep him away from the hos,(lot lizards), tell him he has to get a new job or a new wife. |
