what a great website this guy has started. he has camera footage of super (know it all aggressive) truckers speeding and performing unsafe driving behavior, big trucks tailgating cars and other trucks. some of the trucks are speeding up to 73 mph in a 55mph posted speed zone in knoxville, tn. the person recording these vedios are sending in truck and trailer numbers to the companies. he should send the footage to the FMCSA also because the dot numbers are visable in the vedio. thank god for CSA2010, maybe it will get unsafe drivers like seen in the vedio footage off the highways! there are several different company trucks (including big name) that are watched on vedio performing unsafe driving behavior. i know that fed ex freight does not tolerate that type of driving, nor does Ups. watch some of the vedio. the website has over 300 members joined supporting the cause which is: stop aggressive truck driving watchdog group.org . after watching the vedios,i have joined up also. sending donations for the cause. now since i am a member of this organization, i have a voice of opinion. im going to propose that some of the vedio footage of excessive speeding/wreckless driving, be sent in to the FMCSA. with our watchdog group and the new CSA2010 rule, maybe our highways will be safe very soon. LETS GET UNSAFE TRUCKERS and UNSAFE OUTLAW TRUCKING COMPANIES OFF OUR NATIONS HIGHWAYS FOR GOOD!

The nut is blocking the passing lane and speeding, and you are stupid enough to think he's doing the world a favor. If you check with channel 9 news in Chat.Tn., you might think different.Did you bother to look at the # of four wheelers that cut over in front of the trucks with no turn signals and then slow down, or cut them off to get off an exit . Get real , wake up,most wrecks are cause by cars, try looking up the stats on google before you comment on something you know nothing about.

THANK GOD FOR CSA2010! GET UNSAFE TRUCK DRIVERS OFF THE HIGHWAYS!

GET UNSAFE TRUCKERS OFF THE HIGHWAYS!

Learn to spell, that's number one. It's video, redneck. Number two I'm gonna start a YouTube channel, watchmycar. I'm going to show the cars cutting off trucks, unsafe lane changes, speeding, tailgating, texting, sexual acts (it's always the ugly people too) inattention, watching tv, no lights on in bad weather, racing, crossing 5 lanes of traffic to get to the exit they knew they had to get off of, backing down highways because they missed their exit, falling asleep, drunk (with kids in the car, that's class right there) all kinds of distracted driving and I'm going to send the license plate numbers to the state police, as well as put them up in public forum so your neighbors can see the type of douchebag you are. And lots of these offenses by car drivers are serious, and lead to major points or suspension or even revocation of your driving privledges. And considering there are quite a bit of drivers in the motoring public who exhibit road rage on a daily basis, there is going to be a lot of video (once again dummy) and a bunch of tickets issued. See you on the Internet!!!!

See you on the Internet!!!! if you were not already speeding in that big truck, it would not seem to appear that the car is cutting you off. the cars are trying to pass you without speeding themselves. in several states, the speed limit for big trucks is 10mph lower than speed limit for cars. under this new CSA2010 rule, if your a company driver , you had better shape up or your company and the FMCSA will shipp you out, if your and owner operator, your liability insurance company will weigh in on the system, charge more for insurance(based on your saftey rating under CSA2010), and force you out of business. LETS GET UNSAFE TRUCKERS AND UNSAFE TRUCKING OUTFITS OFF OUR NATIONS HIGHWAYS! THANK GOD FOR CSA2010.

Wow I wonder if this is your website Mr concerend citizen. Good luck with it. As for me I have been driving now for 24 years and I have seen both trucks and 4 wheelers doing insane things and I have no need to watch it on youtube. Also if I may suggest that you ease up on the name calling, it does not make you look credible. Be safe.

Well here are some facts from the fmcsa for 2009. truck strikes rear of pass. vehicle; 73 pass. vehicle stikes rear of truck; 290 truck crosses center line;50 pass.vehicle crosses center line; 288 fatal truck crashes; 3,215 fatal car crashes; 42,358 truck related injury; 53,000 pass. vehicle injury; 2,727,000 Now i will concede that there is always room for improvement, but to believe that most truckers are unsafe and derelict in their responsibilities is a bit far fetched. As far as needing more regulations or enforcement I think we have plenty. What we really need in this industry is the return of common sense. As far as the name calling, ah it's the internet don't let it bother you. And is his city and state really that important? What are you going to do call the local police and say he must be a bad driver? Shoot you can hardly even get them out to pull over a drunk when you give them the tag number and location anymore. Merry Christmas every one.

Those are the most recent facts from the fmcsa website how are they misleading? If you go to the website it will show trucks are involved in 8% of all crashes, that's not to bad but it is improving. I have seen plenty of youtube video's of bad truck driver, but almost all of them were European drivers and yes they were bad, I would not like to drive there. Good luck with your crusade.

Good luck with your crusade. again you need to go into you tube's watch my truck's channel, watch the vedios, the evidence is there, not only can you watch them if you choose, but the FMCSA is also watching the vedios. the vedios are being sent to that regulation agency along with DOT numbers. vedios are also being sent to the trucking company (owner) of the tractor trailer caught on camera performing unsafe driving behavior(such as speeding, tailgating, and following too close). also vedio's are being sent into the trucking company's liability insurance company. the evidence is there. a picture is worth more than a thousand words. since the insurance companies control the trucking company driver qualifications and disqualifications, we are just going to sit back and let the insurance underwriters do most of the work for us. with this new CSA2010 rule they (insurance companies weighing in on CSA2010) can just sit behind the desk with a computer and a telephone, and disqualify truck drivers. the FMCSA will be able to focus on other proposed trucking regulation that will make our highways safe (such as EOBR's and speed govenors, and 10 hour drive rule). we need to make our highways safe. speeding semi trucks cause fatality accidents, too many people are being killed by unsafe truckers and trucking companies, on average 5000 per year according to the NHTSA.

And again the facts are safety is INCREASING. Eobr's speed limiters and guy's with video camera's are ok but remember safety only works when EVERYONE practice's it. And my question to you is why are you not also conserned with the 42,358 deaths caused by cars ? Is this some personal vendetta pehaps ? I can drive my car from one end of this country to the other without a break or a speed limiter and that's ok ? Seriously think about it 3,215 truck deaths compared to 42,358 car deaths now who really needs more enforcement speed limiters and regulations.

Concern American; do you think that shooting a firearm at a truckdriver while driving down the interstate advocates highway safety? Sounds like roadrage to me. Joseph Volpe of Chickamauga,Ga. thinks that he was defending himself on June 30,2010(channel 9 news, chattanooga,TN). A true professional would have backed off and called the police when an angry truckdriver tried to run him off the road, for videoing him. Note:that the police report failed to mention any actions of the truckdriver). I truely hope that Volpe gets what he deserves when he appears in a Hamilton CO. courtroom, on Feb 17,2011,on charges of attempted murder.

Yes, Joseph Volpe should be punished to the full extent of the law. It's obvious that in many of his videos that he has a grudge against truckdrivers. Just listen to most of his commentaries on watchmytruck, channel. Third Eye Highway Safety is Volpe's website for his business. You, concern american, stated that you are a supporter & subscribed to this site. In my opinion, you are supporting a loose cannon. According to public records, Joseph Volpe has quite a criminal history. You may want to check into that before you promote his safety cause. The story of the attempted murder charge has been broadcasted on WLW700 & The Lockridge Report on xm radio. Landline magazine has also ran this story. So why did Mr.Volpe have a loaded firearm in his posession if he didn't intend to use it? Sounds like it was pre-meditated for his protection. He must have intended on firing that weapon. Finally, I believe that is going overboard for any advocacy organization. No matter what cause they support.
