City strikes deal for hotel it hopes will lead development boom in northwest Olathe
It seems cliche to say this is another watershed moment to change the economic landscape of Olathe.

The K-10 corridor will now start to get built up. It almost seems like Olathe is competing with Overland Park these days. If you thought JOCO was crowded enough before you haven't seen anything yet!
