I'm surprised the airline reimbursed this Family. Parents who have a situation should not travel via airline or train. It is very disturbing to other passengers.

i think it was fine to kick them off i can't stand having anoying little kids screaming on a plane if the parents cant control their kids then maybe there should be a special section of the plane for these a**holes where they dont disturb everyone else and that fat a** mother should get fixed so she doesn't shoot out another diffective kid

Grow up! I cannot recall the last time I heard such a selfish and ignorant statement! Should they have hitched a ride? If idiots like yourself cannot endure one plane ride with a child that is experiencing difficulty, what does that say about yourself? At the most, it would have been a few hours.

The children had autism and cerebral palsy. What is your malfunction? Brain damage?

If it were only the children with disabilities who were the cause of stress on this flight I could understand the problem, but all four of her children were misbehaving. If you can not control your kids then you should not take them on long distance flights.

Uncontrollable children (or adults) on a commercial flight are an inherent safety risk and must be removed - Period!

Any kid who misbehaves and cannot or will not be controlled by their parents should be removed from where ever they are. It is not fair to the rest of us who have to endure their behavior when we just want it quiet on the flight to enjoy the movie, book or do some work. One child may have been ok for a bit but four?? come on get real.

They should've provided parachutes for the kids, then be courteous and drop the plan a few thousand feet for them to jump

I am fortunate that I am no longer a "very frequent flier (800k miles in a 12 year cycle. Flying today has denigrated to become a "disgusting experience and necessary evil". I am disappointed that Southwest decided to take the PC route with these thoughtless and irresponsible adults. it is "they" who owe the passengers on the flight an apology.

Adults, agreed...drag their sorry asses off and lock them up. But kid's? Come on chief, have you ever tried nailing Jell-O to a tree?

When you have a few unruly kids, a disabled one at that who requires a lot of attention, then you rent a van & drive there yourself. Cheaper than airline fares for all of them (shared driving with the sister) would have been a better idea. Did you ever have the misfortune of going out to a fancy Restaurant & all Nite you hear kids acting up.???
