Dear all, I have been using tiGO for a long time, i like, but they have to remove the free night calls to keep their serious customers. I am using GPRS with my tiGO, the service is there to be used. I just find it yesterday at Sabasaba ground and connected on the sport.
Keep it up tiGO,

We like MIC and the new one come with tiGO, but still all seems to be praying with public of Tanzanian. Be serious with on what you intend to do, just have a look on other Mobile phone Companies.
We as your Customers we need you to improove your services.(i) Busy of network all the time.(ii) Brakage of Network always in our Area Kigoma -Kasulu.(iii)You take the Organisation that were website but you after took it, told us there is website known as www.tigo.co.tz but we tried alot with no any succefuly, discovered that you cheat us. I appriciate tiGO with the number of excitements, but yet still I don't find the website for tiGO. Even though tiGO has given the customers numbers of offers including free night call, but it has to extend its broadcastings to various areas including rular area. tiGO gives you more!!! I expect a lot from tiGO in coming future.& conguratulation for ur GPRS service.

I am a tigo user for about seven years now,Please make sure the website which was being used by mobitel is resumed because was extremly useful to the subcribers,secondly your network is busy in such a way that you can't even make a call to another network, It is better they improve their capability to customers

Tigo Tanzaniais bull shit cellular provider. Its employees get into the system, track all the communication made by the subscribers they know and devulge the same to other people. In particular Elipidi Kavishe. Is this allowed by the company??? Doesnt this expose the company to legal risks??? |

I find TIGO to be a reasonable network.. 1 major problem is that the network is mostly busy and there are connection errors too often.. I feel something has to be done urgently on this.. Otherwise things r kul..
