Just because you've "SEEN" 12-13 year olds out with 18 year olds, doesn't make it LEGAL!!!! You'd be better of trying to FIGURE out what her parents were or weren't doing and allowing the courts to handle this case; you are definitely NOT someone we need/want deciding what is and isn't illegal!

We all know people like to read this garbage. And if you knew him you would know he has an illnesses for a very long time, being bipolor. He is confused. Can't figure out why these little 15 year old whores are doing this. What was she doing with this man in the first place. She knew better. Has she agreed to a dna semen test to be performed. He has, he has wanted it from the very beginning to prove his innocence. If she's refused, that should say something. He's said he's innocent all along, has been in jail for three weeks for it. Has anyone stoped to think maybe it was her doing the seducing. At 15, a "child" knows how these things are done. 17 may be the legal age, but by 15, girls know how to do it just as well as 17 if not better. His wife is sick over this. I have read many of these posts, and like many of you, I too have my own opinions on when a child matures enough to make certain decisions ect. BUT, these opinions really don't matter in this case.

In Missouri the law states...

§ 566. 032 (1)- First-degree statutory rape - to have sexual intercourse with another person who is less than fourteen years old

§ 566. 034 (1)- Second-degree statutory rape - for someone at least age 21 to have sexual intercourse with someone who is less than age 17

Pretty plain and simple. It IS NOT illegal for a person to entice or seduce someone into intercourse regardless of the age of the seducer...the law is broken if and only if the scenarios mentioned above have taken place.

So debate all you like on whom the fault lies, or if the child is too young or old enough. IF he indeed DID have sexual contact with said girl, then the case is open and shut.

Without DNA taken as evidence, how do you prove you were raped ?
