Rosetta Stone sues Google for infringement

I am amazed to know they are concerned about pirated software. You can easily buy it through Craig's List and I attempted to notify them of same but there were no return phone calls from their in-house counsel. Now I own a very cheap Rosetta Stone Spanish program.
