Numbers look great when they don't pass on the cost of services on to the techs.(Service costs rose 2 years ago but wages haven't increased for over 3 years.
They're even hiring right now... Not because of growth, it's because they are tired of being overworked and underpaid and the good techs are leaving.
I'm not bitter, I'm actually much better off now.
I just thought someone out there should know what's going on.
