they will redefine "motor vehicle" and make you buy plates and insurance to operate your riding lawn mower.

when you get your drivers license taken away for D W I you can legally drive a lawn mower on the highway and park it in town anywhere you want to,.. or you can even drive your combine to town...

They're literally trying to do this for bicycles in Philadelphia, due to a single case of a hit and run bicyclist killing a paralegal.

It's crazy, an entire, new bureaucracy as a result of one, single, freakish incident, and Philly can't even run schools, field a law abiding police force or keep libraries open as it is. Crazy.

We had one freakish incident with a helicopter crash on the hudson.

Shouldn't a riding a lawn mower be the same classification as a tractor? Isn't a tractor considered a motor vehicle?

You're right, and what about my 4 year old daughters Barbie Jeep? That is definately a motorized vehicle as well........
