Dallas police officers said Tuesday they have broken up a major identity theft ring, NBC 5 reported.

Tragically typical. Why is that black males can't just educate, get meaningful jobs, and live like everybody else? One in three black males born will end up in prison.(Those that don't die due to abuse, gang violence, and drugs, that is.) What a terrible statistic! We need to catch these kids when they are very young and "drug proof" them before they screw up their lives.

The fastest growing crime is ID theft and it affects sooo many people. The punishment for this is not sever enough. There needs to be serious time for it and then they should have to register with the local police just like child sex offenders do.
If they don't they go back to jail for 10 to 20 - just for not registering. I have my stuff locked but if a company wants to they can still give credit to someone trying to get it in your name. Keep an eye on your credit reports to catch stuff early. |

This is just another big whoopie for Dallas Police to say they have done something. Remember now this is eight months of investigations. When it comes to people like Evans with long criminal history it is the judicial system that is screwing up. Should the legal system learn to hand down the proper punishment things like this would end. But when you have a legal system that will find them guilty slam them on the hand, put them on probation and kick them back on the street, nothing is going to change.

And who is everybody else anyway? Does that mean me? I mean, I'm not black, or male. So, "statistics" predict that I shouldn't have any problem getting a meaningful job, right? Oh! And, who decides what exactly a "meaningful job" is anyway? You? And who decided that living "like everybody else" is a GOOD thing? Are these the rules that you've just made up? ...Yep, humans are screwed... EVOLVE ALREADY, PEOPLE! damn. |
