So much for $3 coffee. So much for wild, unthought out expansion. Probably paid out all profits to the CEO.

My schedule changed last month, so I no longer had the extra time to stop into McDonald's on the way to work to get my daily coffee, which cost $2.

So at the end of the month, I now have an extra $40 (goes into the gas tank, but still)!

Dunkin Donuts is better, and coffee made at home is even better.

I don't understand why everyone thinks the regular coffee is over priced. A medium regular coffee from Starbucks is the same price as a medium coffee at Dunkin Donuts. Although it is true that their specialty drinks can be expensive.

Starbucks appeals to the same type of people who will pay 5-10 bucks for a bottle of "imported water". Do you know what "Evian" is spelled backwards?
Starbucks coffee is no big deal. It is only strong and not worth the price. Same as Dunkin, although Dunkin at leasts tastes good.
Baronet or Green mountain make the best coffee.
I loved the rant by the "Kid from Brooklyn" about Starbucks.
