I remember when I watched this on the news. I got very angry when they were saying this chump had been in trouble with the law a multiple of times. This POS should not have even been out on the streets! He would not have been able to have purchased the illegal handgun, and this Husband, Father and Friend of many, would still be with us today.
Anyone want to argue the "Death Penalty" on this one? The DA has the witnesses, they have the gun, they have the murderer. There is no reason to go through the exhaustive appeals process that will allow this guy to live another 10-12 years. This was a cold blooded premeditated murder! After the formality of a trial, and the jury comes out with the guilty verdict...They have the table ready. He can have his last meal on the way!

From all the Chili's management teams out here in Vegas, our hearts go out to Luis' family. All he was doing was his job and trying to protect one of his employees - which is something we all would do without a second thought. Our prayers are with you all.
