if he choked him how come there was no choking or strangling marks on his neck...?? and how can you really have time to take out a gun and shhot...?? and how come witnesses said that after he already shot the victim numerous times he leaned over and shot him again when he was already on the ground..?? this man deserves first degree murder charges...he has a violent background himself and he took a life of a twenty nine yr old man...who was a father of 3 young children, a son a brother an uncle and he was a cousin....i don't believe that sushi owner one bit...where are the choke marks...??? i dont see any in the picture.....hes just trying to fool everyone and save his skin because he knows he messed up big time....soo you did the crime you deserve all the time.
