Morningstar is right. Forest City Enterprises stock is worthless. Our organization called, Citizens United Against Corporate Corruption will continue our blitz at all levels until Forest City Stock hits zero for good.

Citizens across the nation are being warned as I speak to avoid living or working on their properties. Let them do all the new projects they want. They can't make money if nobody lives there.

We have enough pictures regarding the condition of their properties and there's been enough articles written everywhere to easily convince people in this regard.

What's the first word that comes to mind when thinking about "Forest City Enterprises." Yep, "horrible." So just for the fun of it I typed in "Horrible Forest City Enterprises" on Google and found quite a bit.

The great thing about the internet is big corporations have no choice but to show their REAL RESUMES. Makes up for mainstream media who pucker up to both political parties and all of Corporate America.

The ironic thing is...taking a look at how many former employees of FCE have been contacted by Morningstar in the effort of "singing like a bird" after their severence is up.

A lot of the former employees are ready to "sing".

My organization, which just went public recently has been battling Forest City tooth and nail since last summer. I think my personal experience with them ALONE should be reason enough for them to be denied stimulus and reason enough for EVERYBODY to stay away from any property managed by Slumlord Enterprises. Here we go...

My apartment in the last year got infested with black mold, mildew, severe water damage. holes in the carpeting and ceiling, a loose toilet, loose faucet and a sink coming out of the wall, not to mention poor ventilation which caused 100+ temps at times with high humidity. It wasn't always this bad. I had been a resident for 35 years...that's right 35 years! But the notorious Forest City just let all their properties get run into the ground after the economy started struggling. Yet they still have the nerve to petition the government for stimulus so they can blight another city???

Meanwhile, getting back to my case. The mold almost killed me and I got injured more than once from the other issues. After they refused to fix a single thing, I paid 20k out of my pocket to eliminate the mold and most of the water damage, expecting to be reinbursed, since they violated my lease and many city codes.

So the first question is, how much did I get to sue them for? The answer is 0. I couldn't find one Effing lawyer in Chicago interested in going after clout laden Forest City. The next question is, how much was I reimbursed? The answer to that is also 0. Effing judge said my receipts weren't adequate?????

The third question is what did Forest City do to me. They got me evicted.

The answer to the final question should turn a few heads? What did they evict me for? Because the condition of my apartment was not up to their lofty standards!!!!!!!!!!

This is no joke. Anybody here think the legal system is corrupt?? Anybody here think a judge can be bought off these days? Anybody here think a would be resident of AY will be treated any better??

A couple of more things I’d like to mention. Forest City management tried to arrest me last year when I conducted a peaceful petition in regards to the way they were letting things fall apart. Tons of respect for the first amendment..eh?

Finally, I have documentation including pictures to prove everything I said here is true. We've been going after Forest City nonstop since this all started, including calling all their shareholders. I think that’s why their stock took a nosedive last autumn. Now all I need to do is figure out how to prove they paid off this judge in Chicago who evicted me.

P.S. I forget to mention one thing. The management at wonderful Forest City sat back and waited until I repaired the mold and water damage before putting in the order to evict me. Laura Collins the manager here literally laughed in my face when they said they were going to stiff me and evict me. Lovely person. They'll probably make her the manager of AY.

Forest City is as good as BK, unless they get that stimulus bailout. And, even at that it would probably take at least 1 billion to save these leeches.

Of course knowing them, they'll start the project, then starting making excuses and go BK anyway.

Isn't the two billion wasted for this boondoggle enough already?

They're not going to get any stimulus. They're done, belly up. Nice knowing you Ratner. Don't let your motor mouth get overheated on your way down to hell.

Forest City took about 2or 3 weeks to respond to Morningstar who said their stock was worthless. You think that's bad?

For months now I've been mentioning that they sat back, while we got all their shareholders to sell out last autumn. They even helped me by sending a list of more of their shareholders making it even easier for us to get their stock to drop from 40-3. Yet in all this time they haven't said a word to the contrary. They haven't said a word to the contrary when I said they could have avoided all this by just settling with me for 20 thousand. They haven't denied a thing!

C'mon Ratner...bring it! Try and deny it. I've only been saying this for almost six months.
You're just trying to get as much as you can in subsidies before you go BK. It's so obvious.

I think it's time now to bring Forest City stock from 5 to a penny stock. Won't matter to Ratner, but at least he won't ruin anymore lives. Hopefully somebody will buy out Forest City at that point before the government give them a bailout. Of course even if they get one, we'll keep getting their shareholders to sell. The reputation of this company is totally shot. The game is over Ratner.

RJF: That research you asked me to do, didn't take long. Links and links everywhere in regards to Ratner lies. You asked me to find four. I found a lot more, but I'll just paste four of them here. For more links folks can google in:

One other thing. I think we should start referring to our organization more often by it's acronym for two reasons. Our organization name sounds too similar to many others giving us a lot of competition on Google and most other organizations go by their acronym anyway...eh?

That's a 10-4!

Probably go with both at first. Then just CUACC unless people ask what that stands for.

Morning Star and The Cleveland Plain Dealer called me last Thursday to set up an interview to speak my mind. If the price is right....I'm singing.

A lot of employees know more than the Ratner's think. It's not difficult to get onto the mainframe and get documents from the past.

So Long Forest City.....belly-up time.

Thanks Greg we can use all the help we can get.

Right now, our organization is going after all their big shareholders. They're not going to sell overnight. But I think we'll be able to convince them there's nowhere to go but down for Forest City.

BTW, check out Brooklyn No Land Grab. Looks like Ratner is very close to packing it in on the Atlantic Yards project too.

Well Forest City has slipped a point in the last week, closing today at 4.02. At this juncture I think their big shareholders have dumped about 20 percent of their shares.

They're probably waiting on the Stimulus decision by Paterson. Based on what I've been reading on "No Land Grab" this week, I can't see Forest City receiving a dime. Senator Adams has turned strongly against FCE and I think Barclays is ready to bail.

No Land Grab obviously doesn't like Forest City, but their articles are always very objective. Must reading for those who still have shares in Forest City.

The government and Corporate America can only push the public so far. So, when the "elite" get too carried away people get riled up. Everybody knows how stupid "Chucky" was. Forest City has also angered too many people. It's truly enjoyable to watch evil people like Ratner struggle for survival.

But for the sake of all the people who are suffering on their properties and the citizens of Brooklyn, we need to keep pushing ahead. I'm sure RJF will want us to start calling all the medium sized investors next week to keep pushing the stock down.

Yep, a lot of investors who have around 500k in shares. If we get some of those to sell, the big investors might finally unload everything.

Our other arch enemy Target closed at 25 and change today. That's the lowest I've ever seen it close, since we were paying attention. I think slowly but surely we're wearing them down.

Like Forest City they don't think us "little people" can hurt them. They keep forgetting that it's us "little people" who fill their wallets and it's us "little people" who tell other "little people" to fill a competitors wallet if they're not treating the consumer right.

Walmart must love us as their sales keep going up.

##$$$%## Forest City murdered my boyfriend.
He had a lot of mold in his apartment they wouldn't fix. He developed serious breathing problems which eventually became fatal. Officical cause of death was athsma. But he never had that.
At least not before
