This is for SERIOUS BUYERS Only! IF you are actively seeking BULK REO PKGS (e.g..CA,AZ,FL,TX,IL,etc..)avg price .55 -.50 on the $1.00,$5M on up and/or Commercial Properties (e.g. big apt bldgs, shopping ctrs, hotels) at 'distressed' prices and you are frustrated with 'sources' who can't DELIVER - your search may be over.

After months of blood & sweat & weeding thru the charlatans & daisy chains, i finally hit paydirt. I discovered a few rare SOURCES who have 'direct' access to banks and who can 'deliver the goods'. My deals are now closing.:)

No daisy chains. I will put u in 'direct' contact with my Source who is 'direct' to the bank. LOI's & POF's will be forwarded 'direct' to the bank's atty, not the Mandate. Fresh "customized" product (some cases - zip code specific) will be delivered within 48-72hrs, with LOA.

My buyers are looking for BULK REO as well in Arizona, right now. Two Two Nine Five Six One Four Four Two Six is my number ASAP. I need a direct contact at the bank so I can be put in to direct line with my buyers manager. There is only 1 degree of seperation.

NEW $1B PERFORMING & NON-PERFORMING NOTE PKG FOR SALE! Seller Rep acquired tape this past weekend for 'fall-out' hedge fund buyer. Tape consists of, 90% Non-Performing @.50 on the $1.00 and 10% performing @.80 on the $1.00. Bank may take less. Over 500+ properties, commercial & residential spanning 4 states: AZ,CA,NV,NM.

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE REAL PRODUCT?
CAN YOU PROOF THAT YOU HAVE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO SELL IT?
If you have product, I need proof. I need an LOA on an institutional letterhead
to proof that you have product and are ready to sell. My buyers WILL NOT do
business without it. These buyers are prepared to proof up to direct sellers
ONLY!!!!! They are prepared to buy up to $500M in product. Give them this LOA
and we can do repeat business.
DO NOT waste my time with "fakers" and " tire kickers " because we have wasted
thousands chasing these leads and it is just " a road that leads nowhere " .
Produce this info and I will give your sellers more business than they can
