BEWARE of John Nehmatallah - Elite Capital - another scam.
After months of representing him as legitimate he stole several of my clients 'contacts'(buyers) and blatantly circumvented. I am ashamed I represented such a company and such a person. PLEASE beware....John Nehmatallah is a scam artist who talks a good game. He is a fraud. The FBI is currently looking into his business practices. He is Canadian who does business out of both New York and Florida. Elite Capital has no regard for an NCND.

I have ready willing and able buyers with the 10M minimum ready to purchase, we just need someone to provide us with property in VA,MD and DC or even NC but we are concentrating on the VA market for the first package because they want to say "test the waters". These investors have large capital but we have been buying 4 to 5 a month instead of bulk where they could make alot more on their money. So I am seeking out the source of the properties....HELP

Go to This Email bnkame18@yahoo.com They Have direct contact To Bank Of America.Show POF and LOI required to see tapes. ALL tapes are real and are NOT being shopped on the net. More inventory than you can ever take down. If you are no more than 1 away from buyers mandate and are REAL (you've got to proof), I Have been Getting reo from them for 18 months they Have A Lot Of Com reo.thx
