Celia Gallardo has been telling investor to invest in Florida Properties. There is no equity there and everything is a fraud. Stay away from investing with Celia Gallardo. She also uses the name of Celia Zagha.

It is Schwarz and David Schwarz and Dave Clark will do the same thing again given time. Someone should make them serve time knowing what they did and laughing at the money. David lives in Orlando and so does his brother Gary. Gary is a nice guy and got brought into the company by his brother and Dave Clark. Schwarz and Clark are the bad guys not to mention Barry who headed up the real estate side. Someone should have checked on Barry's real estate background because he did have his license taken from him at one time.

I have been trying to track the doing so Celia Gallardo and trying to link her to Sunvest Communites and the Encalve at Richmond Place in Tampa. I don't know if she was involved with this developer or not but I do hear that if it wasn't the Enclave then if was a nearby community.

Dave Clark is not a crook. He developed numerous properties over 20+ years. Do your homework, ignorant commenters. Every developer went down in the last couple of years unless they had old money or were a public company getting money from stocks...his was a privately held company and the market stopped while the banks stopped funding all projects altogether.

Just don't move to fl.... everything down here sucks! and you may get car jacked.... and pay way too many taxes....
