I am going through this now on Perdido Key. I have three properties that I am unable to sell or rent. These will be going back to the banks shortly. It is a sad situation, but all the money has left the Key apparently.

boohoohoo banks are run on greed and real estate companies are run by greedy people who will do anything for a profit and they could care less about the results and over priced properties

My, My! I didn't know that I have had such a profound impact on you. I'm starting to be proud of myself. If I can have that much influence on rednecks, I might also stand a chance of influencing the intelligencia.

It is unfortunate that there are so many naysayers on the Net. While you should not believe everything you read, it is a shame that people jump to conclusions without even knowing a person or a web site. I really hope that your property values do not decline when your neighbors foreclose even though you've been paying your mortgage payments all these years. Good luck.

"I really hope that your property values do not decline when your neighbors foreclose"

I'd rather see my property value go down then to pay for my neighbor's mortgage that he was so dumb to sign on to. Let it go into foreclosure--maybe my next neighbor will have better sense.
