Straight people just can't be trusted with children. They shouldn't allow them anywhere near them. 95% of child molesters are heterosexual. Shame!!!

i read all comments. and i didnt see one comment about getting his day in court. last time i looked, this is america. and if you agree or not this person desrves a trial. but alas, in florida who needs a trial, your guilty anyway. you people are so out of touch with reality. so much for the U.S. constitution in florida.

Orlando never had crime like its seeing these days in the days before all kinds of third world people started showing up. This used to be a nice safe city not its filled with snarling people babbling in who knows what language. The city council needs to stop issuing any building permits and police need to arrest and deport anyone not here legally.

First of all, this article is terribly written, with blatant spelling mistakes and improper grammar, but what else can be expected from the Orlando Sentinel...
Also, Bay Hill is the name of a subdivision in the Dr. Phillips area. It is not a city. It does not have a little league team. It's just a neighborhood. It doesn't have realtors either. People always get this wrong. Perhaps this was the Dr. Phillips little league?
Also, to the comment about the corrupt wealthy people, this person was not a wealthy person, but a mere working-class man, who serves the wealthy in finding fine living accommodations.
Everyone else, stop being prejudiced and stop assuming that random minority/homosexuality = crime. You are all ridiculous.

I'm not in Leesburg.
For some reason, that's what shows up.
Thanks for proving my point about not doing one's homework.

thing is.......if this was a female adult who had sex with a male 13 year old she would not serve a day in prison. this guy will serve around 15 years i guess. and rightly so. but what a double standard. and feminists always complain how they want equality. you think im making this up?....just one example of many....mary kay laternou (?)...the californian school teacher was caught red handed having sexual intercourse with a 12 year old student and she was released on probation. a male would have got life without parole. not long after she is caught again having sex with the then 13 year old boy......this time she gets seven years or so in prison and is released a married the boy. a man would have spent life in prison for the first offence. just an observation. this country is definatley not based on the same rules for all........it all depends on who you are as to the extent of your punishment.

so what im trying to say is this perverts only crime is being a male. because if this was a female doing exactly the same thing- you would not get in any trouble.......mabey a little counseling ect..... think about that. a woman who did this would be free....therefore- in the name of equality we should release him immediatley and just give him a little probation. then if he is caught again with a 13 year old he should just get more probation.... and if a 40 year old male teacher has sexual intercourse with a 12 year old girl he should just get probation........beacause when women do this that is all they get- probation. its totally a double standard. and of course i do think that anyone who does that stuff to a kid should get locked up for a long time- but how come women always get let of with no punishment?????? i tell you. life is not fair. it is all about who you are and who you know.

I feel terrible for his son and family...He ruined their lives with his disgusting interest in little girls! Always lurking around the league, obviously preying on young innocent children! The league really needs to clean house! This is out of control!

To everyone, I actually know the girls who were molested, and I know Victor Pacheco. His son, who's name i also won't say, goes to my school and I really know him. I'm not going to say who the girls were, but trust me, they aren't lying. And by the way to that Effaygee guy you're absolutely right. Gay people probably do so much more than straight people when it comes to these types of things.
