Hello Everyone, someone sent me this...I am just forwarding it to you all here.....In this industry there are hundreds of thousands of agents, brokers and re-sellers who are trading sugar (and other commodities like oil, cement, urea, iron ore, etc..) from their home. It’s safe to say that 99% of these traders will never achieve a signle successful deal because although they can set out with good intentions, they do not know how to close a deal from start to finish - most do not even know how to make a proper offer, let alone bring a complex import/export deal to a final conclusion. Many Intermediaries have simply copied the flawed mistakes of the many traders already “Pretending” to be trading effectively.

Good afternoon!

Please find below information on the D2 and JP54 SPOT deals out of Rotterdam. The simple, straightforward procedure is also described. Do contact me if you have any questions or find the offer interesting. The Seller is the title holder.

The Seller is offering D2 FOB Rotterdam, quantities can be discussed at a later stage, but anything up to 5MMT is possible. If a larger quantity is required i suggest the Buyer takes it up with the Seller during a discussion. The price is Platt Rotterdam minus $10, final discount is to be determined during negotiations. As for liftable amounts, they can be arranged on the Buyer's request. The contract will include a schedule as will be agreed between the Principals.

In addition, there is a number of JP54 deals of different quantities, between 5MBLS and 10MBLS. The price is Platt Rotterdam minus $3. Liftable amounts are up to 5MBLS, but again, the schedule can be worked out.

In order to proceed, the Buyer will issue an ICPO to the Seller, i will provide full Seller's information if a decision to move forward is reached. Seller will prepare a contract and send it to Buyer. Both parties will execute the contract. Buyer will provide his banker's name and contact information and the seller's bank will contact the buyer's banker. Buyer's banker will confirm buyer's ability to pay for the product and SIMULTANEOUSLY the seller's banker will confirm the product.

Once that is done, buyer will issue MT799 or MT101/23 or MT103/23. Seller's bank will confirm the payment instrument and partial proof of product will be sent to buyer's bank. Buyer will have 24 hours to verify the proof of product. After verification he will lodge his MT101 or 103 if he used a MT760 or he will release the condition if he used the MT101/23 or MT103/23.

Payment will be made and title documents will be sent to Buyer's bank.

Since we can confirm proof of funds and product simultaneously, this should make it much easier for buyers.

Seller has required me to tell all buyers that any banker who confirms proof of funds and they are not there for the transaction will be prosecuted.

If a preliminary discussion is required i can arrange for a conference call with the Seller.
