This are the terms of the deal...plz don't call or email with extra questions...either you have it or not... Description and terms Commodity: D2 Gas Oil Price:$440/$460 Location: FOB Houston Duration: Spot Amount: 500,000 MT (All Lift Able) Procedures: 1. Buyer issues NCND/IMFPA to the Seller. 2. Seller issues Draft Contract to the Buyer. 3. Buyer to sign and seal Draft Contract and return to the Seller. 4. Buyer sends to Seller’s Bank a Pre-advice of opening of MT-103 via swift MT-760. 5. After bank confirmation of receipt, Seller sends Tank Receipts and SGS Report for 500,000 MT in Houston to the Buyer. 6. Within 48 hours of receipt of Tank Receipts and SGS Report, Buyer’s Bank opens conditional MT-103/23 to Seller’s Bank. 7. Seller sends originals of POP and change of ownership to the Buyer. 8. We Have 2 Million Barrels of JP-54 FOB Rotterdam, first come first serve @ 72 with a $74. USD per barrel consultants fee to be paid by the Buyer. Buyer pays seller $72 per Barrel and the brokers $2. USD per Barrel separate per lifting and settlement.
Let me know today if interested I need a FPA signed and the passport of the Buyer along with the company name and their bankers contact information for the Seller's banker to contact. I will provide this info after I have the FPA and other Buyers information. 1) Buyer provides their company name and banker to seller. 2) Seller issues FCO to be counter signed by the Buyer and returned after the two bankers communicate each others capabilities. 3) Both bankers communicate via phone or E-mails to exchange RWA's. 4) Seller or their banker then provides SKR and SGS for verification/dipping (a quick process). 5) Buyer issues MT-103 conditional to the Seller's banking (the counter signed FCO acts as the spot transaction agreement). 6) Seller issues full and required documentation and title. 7) Funds released, Deal settled. Future allocations / liftings (rolls and extensions) as agreed to are at a set discount of of the Rotterdam or other Platt price as to the same procedures. Seller made the change of ownership and swift the full POP o buyer bank 8. Seller’s bank issue 2% performances guarantee to activate buyer’s payment instrument. 9. Buyers bank releases payment to Seller’s Bank and to be re-redirected to all Paymasters Bank accounts simultaneously by Swift RDLC/MT103. 10.Shipment comments as per schedule. 11.Deal done.
