Saw your advert for crude oil i want to know if you still need one below is the procedure:

Seller issue his Procedures with the Text of his required BPU to buyer for reviews and endorsement
a. Seller and Buyer Sign contract/SPA with full banking Details and copies sent to their respective Banks.
(I) Buyer gives to seller Pre-Charter Party Agreement (CPA) of his receiving vessel valid for at least 30day for Seller’s confirmation, buyer shall pay for vessel registration for loading
(OR)
(II)
Buyer provides to Seller, fifteen thousand US Dollar ($15,000)
For thirty-day vessel nomination/pre-charter on behalf of the
Buyer.(Optional), upon confirmation of vessel,
b. Buyer issues to Seller Verifiable Bank (Promissory Note) or Payment Undertaking (BPU) addressed to the PRODUCT OWNER (SNEPCO) Both TEXT ATTACHED.
c. Seller nominates the vessel that is within Togo International water and sends to buyer the Pre-Charter Party Agreement for Confirmation (if a ‘II’.)
d. SNEPCO’s Loaded Vessel send NOR/ As Buyer’s Vessel replies of his readiness to receive cargo on behalf of buyer.
e. SNEPCO’s loaded vessel Proceeds to Position alongside the Buyer’s Nominated Vessel.
f. Seller demand Names of Buyer Representative and Certified Inspection Agents for preparation of the Authority To Board (ATB)
g. Authority to Board (ATB) issued for Inspection of Quality and Quantity Test.
h. Payment will be Effected after Seventy Two hours (72HRS) by Swift wire transfer, upon the Seller presentation of all valid document as per out-turn barrel on the Quality and Quantity Certificate of the Cargo

Regardless how big our check are even in the hundreds of thousands all the Petroleum association Paymaster charges is $500.00 total flat fee & we got a five year free membership to the association who offers free training and events.

We love them they only change one flat fee everytime just 500.00 total. Petroleum Association paymaster is the correct name and they are the biggest in the country. The association is letting people join for free again until March 30th 2009 as they do every spring.
My uncle has been a member for years and told me there is almost 32,000 members now.
