So what is so bad about more people buying lower-priced homes? getting renters to become buyers and keeping absentee landlords out of the picture and slumlords at bay are all good things.
The middle stuff will take care of itself, and as for the upper end: the developers and agents should all be ashamed of the prices they were trying to pull off for a bunch of junky McMansions! Anyone think THAT might have a little something to do with the lowering of overall prices? |
