Several Reo Packages/Non Performing Notes!!!
50 to 60 cents on the dollar, light rehab to none. Located in California and Arizona. Have tapes.

I am direct with Seller and they are looking to sell as much as possible by the end of the year.

So I'm reading 100 pages of mind numbing dribble creatively known as the "Troubled Asset Recovery Program"; aka, "TARP". Ain't that sweet? Like I posted earlier, its purpose is designed to be similar to that of the RTC we worked with back in the day.

On page 6, Title 1, Sec.101,(a)(1), you can read exactly what TARP is engineered, or proposed to, do. I have a copy of the bill for you at: www.BillionDollarBailout.com/TARP

I say keep the Federal Government away from troubled assets and let market forces in the private sector manage the assets. There always has and always be, capital in the market. Putting these assets in the hands of greedy and inept bureaucrats will only cripple and place a boa's stranglehold on moving product to market. Either way, the assets need to be liquidated - I just prefer they do it in the swift manner privatizing it can accomplish.

Which is what I intend to continue doing.

If there are any out there who buy non performing international notes, I have one for sale. It is in collections at this time through a US company, but I don't want to wait.

This was a simple contract that I wrote and was due a year ago this month, so it is quite recent. Collection agency has all correspondences between myself and the buyer, which provides additional proof for collections.

Note is for $5.5mil. Looking to sell for 1/5 of it's value as I want to sell before year's end. After purchase, I will provide buyer with all information so they can continue on with collections I started, if they wished.

Second (I always leave the best for last), is a buyer seeking REO or NPN for $1B if not more (up to $4B) willing to accept tranches, and ready to move this week. New England Primarily Southeastern NH and Northeaster MA but will look at the whole region.
