They can proof up, up front with quarterly returns, bank statements, etc. Are you the seller mandate? or broker? I need tapes of 1bil and have contract to perform. Buyers have been to the closing table before but the sellers could not perform. Please, we talk to the sellers mandate only. Will sign NCND. LOI and POF readily available. Buyers also need proof of product. Just need NCND signed and buyers will provide any information needed.
