Currently have two investors that are seeking REO pools. Pool A is for 25 million - ready to go - looking for specific SFO Bay Area properties.
Pool B is for 100 million. Investors okay with mix but must be REO - no NPN.

I have a source that is direct to seller from the Trading Floor on Wall Street. If you are looking for a reliable source that maintains client integrity and is able to provide product quickly...give me a call.
Only three people are paid in these transactions.
1pt = buyers rep
1pt = seller rep
1 pt = intermediary
I am willing to introduce you to my contact for a small reasonable percentage of your buyer rep commission. I will only make money if you make money. That is the way this is supposed to work.

My contact is direct to the banks for reo packages. After a brief introduction he will step out of the way and your clients will be working directly with the banks who are authorized to realease the tapes. This is as buyer friendly as it gets.

Please email the details of the 10bil package. I work close with a friend of mine who is buyer rep with some fairly large seasoned investors. They can proof up, up front with quarterly returns, bank statements, etc.

Are you the seller mandate? or broker? They can provide hard POF, etc,

I need tapes of 1bil and have contract to perform. Buyers have been to the closing table before but the sellers could not perform. Please, we talk to the sellers mandate only. Will sign NCND. LOI and POF readily available. Buyers also need proof of product. Just need NCND signed and buyers will provide any information needed.
