I work with a large hedge fund group and we will have 8 mortgage notes a week to sell. Very little seasoning but we can offer a 6 month default clause (buy back).

I have been offered 2 commercial notes. One in Southern California that is in default with a trustee sale scheduled for 3 Dec. Offers Due 20 Nov. Remaining balance is $8,000,000. Bid is make offer. The second one is in Chicago, also in default, remaining balance is $8,993,990. Both of these are out of my range at the present time, but I would like to broker them. I do deal in residential notes. These look to be good deals, and I would like to see them go.
