I have read through this and can't beleive some of these claims here. First of all I have closed numerous REO packages and Non Performing note packages and I am willing to bet that no one here has even come close by the sounds of these claims.
Second, what is the big deal here, is this just a place for a bunch of BS people to come her to scam others? I have a friend that is the Director of Corporate Assets for the FDIC and you can go right on their website and buy Performing Notes, Non Performing Notes and REO's in whatever amounts you wish. Take some time and read the various programs at www.fdic.gov They are selling residential and commercial propoerties as well as franchise banks. Also, you can go to Fannie Maes website and they will also sell you REO's and if you contact them they will sell you them in bulk by State. Finally, for those who really want to dive into this, you can get a list off the Internet for free that lists all of the court appointed receivers by State. These receivers are the people that the court appoints to work out possible foreclosures once someone enters into Chapter 11 or 7. This site also lists the judges. So if you contact them they will gladly sell you anything they have or if you get the packages from them there is always an information packet and in that packet is the Bank REO specialists working the case with their phone number. So what's the big deal people. Stop wasting your time with these BS scammers and start making some money with no middle people. |

Atlantic Capital is correct, you can buy directly from FDIC and FNM. However, both agencies are government funded at essentially 0% interest, therefore both have very little incentive to make price discount concessions for bulk. I have bid on properties with both agencies and have had counter offers only 10-12% below current list.

I have a solution for any and all problem properties that you or anyone you know has purchased in bulk. The types of properties with high back taxes, liens, demo orders etc. Any property that someone purchased in bulk or in a tape that they don't want any more, or cant get rid of because it's crap, that is what I'm interested in. I've been working with a small group that bought 200 homes on a tape transaction, they skimmed the list and basically made their money with about 60 of the properties, leaving 140 that were costing them a ton of money and problems with the cities. All had back taxes and a lot of liens. I took all 140 off their hands in one transaction eliminating a lot of monthly cost.
