Should I let my rental property forclosure?
I owned my rental property for 7 years. During the tenure of the 7 years its been all spending money on repairs and no profit gained. Money has been coming out of my pockets " paying utilities and up keeping. I have tenents that pay on time but it only covers half the rent. My tenents left and now it's going into forclosure. I just got my income tax and Im able to take it out of forclosure. Is it worth it to take it out of forclosure or take it as a lost. The property is also under water, and the bank tried changing the locks because they thought it was abanadoned. What to do ? |
