My buyer is aggresively buying 500 Million worth of income producing properties. Minimum purchase price is 20 Million and buyer will pay full price. Property types... Apartment Complexes, Office Buildings, Retail High Rises, Strip Malls, Hotels and other income producing properties.

hello:
I have properties that come in everyday. for example:
Nationwide Package:
BPO $64.451 Million Asking $ 16.3 Million
Less than 18 cents on the dollar + 3 points
These are being sold with Quit Claim Deeds
However Seller is giving Warranty on them:
Seller has a buyback guarantee. So if
there is any big tax lien, or the home
is a tear down, Seller will refund the price
for that house.
If you do not need the warranty, price
is negotiable - make an offer!
I have a sanitized version of tape

* Heavy in CA.
* 83 Properties.
* avg value per house today is approx 175K.
* Seller is looking for at least .60 cents.
* total takedown will be in the 8-9M range +4
