I have properties that come in everyday. for example: Nationwide Package: BPO $64.451 Million Asking $ 16.3 Million Less than 18 cents on the dollar + 3 points These are being sold with Quit Claim Deeds However Seller is giving Warranty on them: Seller has a buyback guarantee. So if there is any big tax lien, or the home is a tear down, Seller will refund the price for that house. If you do not need the warranty, price is negotiable - make an offer!
