Looking for direct buyers/sellers for Bulk REO

Have a buyer looking for reo tapes in SoCal. Will start at 50MM. You must be a direct seller/rep (no daisy chains). If this is you contact me a rdportersr@gmail.com

I am having a hard time finding REO residential bulk inventory. What is really painful is that I have a buyer with deep pockets and have little to work on concerning invesntory.

The buyer is looking for residential packages in CA, AZ, and NV. I have zero issues with the buyer on tapes less than 60 cents on BPO in those States, and the standard 3 points (buyer, IM, seller). I have been told that there is room for a little more if the BPO discount is favorable and in dealing with a direct seller.

I don’t have any time to waste just like you, and I am looking for direct sellers to make the process really simple and quick. We also have an interest in this because my company is a real estate land developer, and we can have a chance to improve and manage some of the property.

need serious and real buyers of commercial/residential npn. We currently have a inventory of $10M worth and can provide a monthly supply to SERIOUS buyers. Only buyer rep or the "ACTUAL" buyer need to respond. A call can be schdule Monday - friday (weekly) between selling agent from our inventory department to provide spreadsheet during the call.
Also, historical bonds and currency transactions are available for sale. SERIOUS RESPONSE ONLY!!! Because owner attorney will be conducting this transaction.
