I really don't care about this 8k, the reason being that virtually all homes will be 8k cheaper, and most much much more in six months time. The government is so busy throwing money around that they will probably extend the credit anyway.
So thanks for the scaremongering Masy, but I won't rush in to a purchase based on your advice.
You Masy are so biased I am beginning to wonder who pays your wages. Do you think that you have to be mindlessly optimistic or these so called "housing experts" won't talk to you? Well if anyone had followed their advise over the last 3 years they would probably be getting foreclosed about now.
