I have heard that the Dallas/Irving office has been impacted. Any validity to this?

Realogy issued its 3rd quarter earnings today to the SEC and the numbers are disturbing.

Cartus posted 3rd quarter revenues of $92 million compared to $129 million in the 3rd quarter of 2008.

Things just continue to get worse and worse there. Based on today's SEC filing, Cartus employees can expect another mass layoff before Christmas.

Why? Since the 3rd Q 2008 the company has already downsized by around 300 to 400 at a minimum. This has already been accounted for.

I've got news for you. The most that unemployment will pay is $400 a week. You can make that much working FULL TIME in Stop & Shop or Sears. AND get benefits.
If a person was making $60,000 and his wife was making $35,000 then together they had $95,000 which is WELL BEYOND what any normal family REQUIRES to exist on in today's market.
I know people with 3 kids who make less than $50,000 a year combined, they have a house, new car, pool in the backyard, are nicely dressed, go out to eat on the weekends.
Just goes to show it's not how much you have but how you spend it that counts. Nobody "NEEDS" to live on $95,000 a year. With that amount of money, they should be living in Greenwich in a McMansion and driving a Bentley or a Mercedes. Puh-leeeeez!
Unemployment pays up to $544 a week, which is 13.60 an hour.

You make a wiseass comment about Greenwich McMansion. Here is a link to a mid level one. The monthly mortgage is 36,000.

Oh yeah, here is an entry level home in an average area of Greenwich. Monthly mortgage of 5,600, which equates to 67,000 a year, which is more than the take home salary of a couple making 95,000.

Is it just me or are there thousands of other Cartus suppliers who get pissed off with all the kick backs and commissions that Cartus demand on their business? Money for old role or what?
And these are accounts that I was already working on previously! Seems so odd that their sales people never make a point of including this in their corporate presentations. Without banginging on too much,it's amazing that their clients such as Cisco stand fore such terrible levels of service, truely it's unbelievable !

It is obvious you do not like your relationship with Cartus. You do know, you don't have to be one of their suppliers. Why do you continue to work with them? Is it because you want or need the work?

If you are a supplier and deliver terrible levels of service I suggest you improve your service or Cartus may see little value in you too.
