Georgia court reveals that Barack Hussein Obama is a FRAUD on multiple charges!

Current evidence admitted into court before a judge:
1. Obama is NOT a natural born citizen because only one of his parents was a US citizen. To hold political office, both parents must be US citizens. Obama fails to qualify for political office on this issue and he must be impeached because he violated the law and three previous US Supreme Court decisions that uphold the law. Obama's father was NEVER a citizen of America, therefore Obama is and was NEVER eligible to hold political office in America. He is holding power by FRAUD at this time!

2. Social security expert testified that the SS number that Obama has used since 1977 was FRAUDULENT. It had been issued to someone who had been born in 1890. Obama is using the SS number by FRAUD.

3. Document expert took the witness stand and testified that the "birth certificate" released by Obama is a FRAUD with multiple layerings from several documents. It is NOT an original document. Instead, it is a FORGERY just like forging any other government document such as a drivers license or identification card! Obama has released a FORGED document to maintain his FRAUD and DECEPTION of the American people!

4. Another social security expert testified that the SS number of Obama is rejected by E Verify as FRAUDULENT. E Verify is a government documentation program designed to detect fraudulent identification! Obama fails to qualify to work in the US, let alone hold any political office!

5. Another document expert testified that the Obama birth certificate posted online shows white lines around all typefaces, which indicates FRAUD by using "unsharp mask" in Photoshop and multiple layering of material on the document which is obvious FRAUD. Also that the stamps would be in various places on an original document, because they were stamped on by hand, whereas the Obama document shows the stamps in the very same place on all documents, indicating even more FRAUD.

5. Serial number on the birth certificate of Obama is not in sequence with records found in the Hawaiian hospital. This indicates FRAUD. Also certification is different than the others marked at that time, another indication of FRAUD.

Is it possible that we have a LIAR and a FRAUD in the White House? Someone who FORGED documents and LIED and STOLE someone elses social security number in order to gain POLITICAL POWER?

If so, then the FBI needs to TAKE ACTION NOW to arrest the FRAUD before he can issue FRAUDULENT executive orders to turn America into a DICTATORSHIP under his FRAUDULENT MILITARY RULERSHIP!!!

His order was in two parts.

The first part addressed plaintiffs David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Attorney Orly Taitz.

The second part addressed all the plaintiffs, including those represented by Taitz as well as plaintiff David Welden, represented by Attorney Van Irion, and plaintiffs Carl Swensen and Kevin Powell, represented by Attorney Mark Hatfield.

In Part I, Malihi basically discredited the eight witnesses and said he found their testimony, as well as the exhibits tendered,“to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs’ allegations.”

He stated,“None of the testifying witnesses provided persuasive testimony,” and said none of the written submissions had any probative value.

In conclusion, Malihi stated,“Given the unsatisfactory evidence presented by the plaintiffs, the court concludes that plaintiffs’ claims are not persuasive.”

In Part II, Malihi addressed the claim that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and is, therefore, ineligible to run in Georgia’s presidential primary election.

Malihi said he considered, for the purpose of analysis, the following facts: 1) Obama was born in the United States; 2) Obama’s mother was a citizen of the United States at the time of birth; and 3) Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen.

It was the plaintiff’s contention, because Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth, Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the office of President of the United States.
Malihi said,“The court does not agree.”

Citing a 2009 Indiana Court of Appeals case, Arkeny (sic)[Ankeny] v. Governor of Indiana, in which plaintiffs argued “there’s a very clear distinction between ‘citizen of the United States’ and ‘natural born citizen’ and the difference involves having [two] parents of U.S. citizenship, owing no foreign allegiance.”

Pointing out the Indiana court rejected the argument that Obama was ineligible, Malihi stated,“[C]hildren born within the United States are natural born citizens, regardless of the citizenship of their parents,” and said,“This court finds the decision and analysis of Arkeny (sic)[Ankeny] persuasive.”...

Malihi stated,“The Indiana court determined that a person qualifies as a natural born citizen if he was born in the United States because he became a United States citizen at birth.”

He wrote,“For the purposes of this analysis, this court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny (sic)[Ankeny], he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen,” and concluded,“President Barack Obama is eligible for the presidential primary election under O.C.G.A.§ 21-2-5(b)."

Poll: 20 Percent Of Republicans Would Vote Obama Given GOP Field

A new poll indicates that many are unhappy with Presidential choices.

A recent poll conducted by WND and Wenzel Strategies finds that in match ups against Republican Presidential candidates, about 20 percent of Republicans said they would vote for Barack Obama for President.

The poll was conducted by telephone Feb. 1-3, 2012, and has a margin of error of 3.44 percentage points.

“The improvement in Obama’s prospects compared to the four remaining Republican challengers stems largely from two factors,” said pollster Fritz Wenzel.“First, Obama has largely avoided the political limelight while the GOP candidates savage each other with increasing intensity. Second, a smattering of evidence indicates that the economy is getting a little better, which helps the White House in the eyes of the voters. Secondly, the bloody fight for the Republican presidential nomination — by most estimations the nastiest GOP fight in memory — has really hurt the images of the challengers in the eyes of both Republicans and, especially, independent voters. For Republicans, each candidate carries with them now some taint that cannot be ignored.”

According to the poll results, Obama would likely beat any Republican if the election were held today, though Ron Paul has the best chance of beating him. Obama leads Paul in the poll 44 percent to 40 percent, with 16 percent undecided. Also from the poll, Mitt Romney is within single digits of Obama, 48 percent to 41 percent, and has a commanding lead over Newt Gingrich, 50 percent to 36 percent, and Rick Santorum, 49 percent to 34 percent.

That's very true and it bears repeating, because that fact undermines much of what "religious" fundies and Franco Catholics have to say about "family values."

However no other church besides the RCC has had a decades long record of coverups with 3+ billion in payouts so far.

Some people claim the incidence of sexual abuse of power is worse for teachers - I don't know - but you don't have the same sort of systematic, decades long, quite intentional coverup, imo, in schools that you have in the RCC.

I do especially when the people in superior postitions knew about it and covered up the abuse as did the catholic church.
They knew but instead of doing anything just transferred the abuser to commit again.
Some schools did the same.
However the revelations didn't reach the hierarchy of school districts to the extent of the catholic church management.
That's why the lawsuits were so prevalent and extensive and that's why Penn State should be very worried when the shit hits the lawsuit fan with them.
