A tax cap of 4% does not sound like it will stop the exodus of disgusted tax-payers from running away from Nassau. Why keep adding 4% on top of an already obscene amount every year???Lower the already high taxes then cap it at the yearly inflation rate!!!

So what does the all-seeing Paterson do? He's increased his staff beyond what Spitzer had and laid raises on everybody. This dope must think we're all blind.

Albany now is like the blind leading the pigs. They are uncapable or unwilling to solve the middle classes' ongoing problem with taxes. Help the poor but starve the middle class!!
