I feel really bad for all of your guys still dealing with Odland's BS. I saw it a long time ago. No wonder the company keeps losing so many great people. I got out before things got even worse. I hate to tell you all, but we saw this coming as soon as Odland took over. was at one time a compelling place to work became a place compelling me to work elsewhere. I worked countless hours, made several achievements (100% LP Audit,#1 FCSI in Region for the entire year,#1 Regional MB Champion for a quarter). But what did they care? They don't. No wonder their ship keeps filling up with water. My only regret is not selling my stock. I hope things get better for you guys that are still there.

I've only been working at office depot for a couple months. I'm already tired of it!! The management doesnt give any consideration to it's employees. It's always what they want and how they want it. No one elses opinon ever matters. An the only time they give perfect customer service is during mystery shop. they always want that perfect score. A score that they dont deserve...

I had nothing but praises from customers of how well I did my job as well as managers askin me questions and relying on me...but yet after 3 consecutive years they wouldn't promote me..its not my fault the store went through so many sm...I left screw em...ad always had changes we bended to the will of the customer so we were jus walked on and for the fact of what making 2 dollars? Ok that's fine.. but why cut my hrs..cut my benefits and now they're changing the vacay time use em or loose em. What's up with that???,..whatever glad I wasted my time with them...not.
