Now AMP is sueing their own customers. Posting this from the man they are suing after he started a discussion and opinion website about Aqua Marine Partners Crystal River Service Departments shoddy service practices.

AMP and the Law Firm of Richard Baron & Associates completely ignore the fact that the site's true purpose is is to express our opinions and frustrations (protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution). AMP and the Law Firm of Richard Baron & Associates is in fact attempting to hide the site's true nature from the court.

I just pulled my boat out of Hi-Lift Marina in Aventura. They run the marina as if they are slum landlords. I brought it to a nearby marina.
I see recently they have a few little Sea Ray boats in the Hi-Lift showroom. I tell you what, Marine Max must be desperate to allow this company to represent them in any way, shape or form. Their service and maintenance providers are terrible and verge on being absolutely incompetent. I would never even consider purchasing a Sea Ray now. Boy, did Marine Max ever lower its standards. This shows me they must really be hurting. Hell, these were the Passport Marine rip-off People!

I don't know anyone that wants to do business with a company the is not making it. So why don't you let people know that you are successful and you are doing very well. It stirs business.

I was in the wholesale mortgage business and I had a friend that had very little business (he was the lender). He sent out a notice to all mortgage brokers in the Bay Area stating that he had not received any business from them and they would be taken off the companies approved broker list if of approved brokers. guess what, he was inundated with business from a lot of those mortgage brokers. Can you imagine what would happen if he put out a flyer saying "please send me some business cause I am about to close my doors" What would you do in either case.. Ron Keffer
