Interested in purchasing a park model home. Are there any transfer fee for the sites? I liked this place hc it was small amd seemed quiet. Any input?

We are selling our 1987 Casa Villa Park Model fully furnished with a completly waterproof Florida room.

The living room has a sofa bed (queen size), love seat oversized chair & ottoman, TV DVD & VCR, lamps, coffee table and end table. Dinning room table w/ leaf & 4 chairs with 2 high back bar stools. On site shed and gas grill Large corner lot parking for 2 cars Air and sound system Ready to go in the spring.

We have a park model for sale in Echo Farms Campground. We have been there for 17 years and found it a safe and friendly enviroment. Our sons always had a good time there. We need to sell to make changes in our home for in-laws. If interested let me know and i will forward pics

Yes it is still for sale site 172 we are selling it completly furnished for 18,000. Large completey waterproof Florida room fully A/C all appliances are in excellant condition if you want pics send me your email address at judy.rodgers@live.com

I saw your posting we have our park model for sale 18,000 and it furnished and water tight. If you would like to see some pics email at judy.rodgers@live.com.

We have been there for almost 18 yrs. enjoyed it but now have to make room in our home for in-laws who can not do the shore and require full time care.
