DePuy recall 'could be costly'
Liability to patients for ongoing pain and suffering arising from the DePuy hip replacement product recall may involve costly, tri-partite litigation that could drag on for years, the Oireachtas committee on health and children has been told.

They should also give their full focus on their problematic unit which is the Depuy Orthopedic which two of its hip implant's quality were being questioned by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) because of the growing number of complains which has also triggered the recall of the products in 2010.
