Political pundit Robert Novak drives a Corvette?
Seems nigh impossible to picture, but, yes, it appears 77-year-old syndicated columnist and political pundit Robert Novak does drive a black Corvette.

and drives it poorly, frankly, if he hits a pedestrian who ends up on his windshield and Novak claims he doesn't know it happened. kinda sheds a whole new light on his columns, doesn't it?
back in the day, when it was Evans and Novak on the column masthead, they were known around Washington as "Errors and NoFacts." |

This "hit" job was a lot sloppier than the one he did on Valerie Plame!

And this is news? Perhaps Novak gets 33MPG like a friend of mine does who also has a Corvette... Smart man, that Novak!

It's not impossible to picture 77-year-old Novak driving a Corvette. Next time you're on the road, check how many expensive sporty cars are driven by gray-haired (or bald!) men. The young guys can't afford 'em.

So ... the news is that he drives a particular kind of car -- not that he hit a pedestrian with his car?

NPR Morning Edition kind of makes me glaze over at times too.

You can pick up a late 90's Vette for about 20 grand, same as a Ford Fusion..... And an early nineties model for around 10k. Seriously? If it was a new one, it would have been mentioned.

Novak drives a Corvette, and he drives it BADLY. This old fart is dangerous. His kids oughta take the keys away.
