Kind of like Knoxville, without the trailers and nice weather!Typical of the third world country people here in Florida. They have come from New York, Cuba, and Haiti where this is normal even if you weren't losing your house. The answer is clear, deport them all.

Um, what about the fraud mortgage bankers? They are the ones who invented the balloon and then popped it with a gold, diamond tipped pin!

These morons are the same dumber-than-a-box-of-rocks jerks who will benefit from the stupidity of the legislators who are using taxpayer money to bail them out.
Where were the bailouts years ago when my wife and I struggled to pay the mortgage when interest rates were through the roof? Nowhere, that's where. People used to be expected to fend for themselves. Today, the 'sense of entitlement' prevails - gee, if I make a huge mistake and buy more horse than I can afford I'll get bailed out at taxpayer expense - no downside. This used to be a great country, but it is circling the drain - killed by greed, stupidity and the moron in the White House. |

And who are these irresponsible borrowers looking go get even with?! Did the Bank hold a gun to their heads and made them buy a home they couldn't afford?
Oh, let me guess!! It's Bush's fault!!! that's right! Hint* instead of taking it out on the house, look yourselves in the mirror, get a hammer and go for it.... |

That's what happens when underqualified buyers get a house they never should have gotten in the first place.

Agreed !! |

The government wants us to feel sorry for these poor home owners? E-mail this article to all your hard working friends, then to our representatives in government and demand that our tax dollars NOT be spent to bail out these loosers.
I'll tell you why. "The law" doesn't press charges, the victim--the banks in this case--does. And these "victims" don't want to. They don't have the time. It is much easier for them to roll the cost into future loans that you and I pay for. Just like the credit card companies who don't prosecute identity thieves. Those hundreds of millions of dollars are financed by you and me. We need federal laws requiring prosecution of these cases, or else the thieves will always come back to lap at the trough of money. |
...and another thing, the state penalties for identity thieves are ridiculously small...
This is one crime that does indeed pay. Tallahassee should put a stop to that. Where are our state legislators on this issue? |
Wow-- are you really that stupid? You can't deport someone to a locale within your native ports. That coupled with your brilliant assessment of race and location (TN) just reinforces the fact that you're probably hiding out in middle America under a white sheet because you're too afraid to move to a real city and get your arse kicked a few times by one of these "ethnic folks." LOL. Coward. |

Why wouldnt the bank have the owners arrested for vandalism?

What can you say. I hope these ex-homeowners will suffer. They are renters and shouldn't got a home in the first place. It just shows you why the government should NOT help them. They got the loan and didn't pay it. I hope their credit reports will hurt them in the long run. They should never get a mortgage again.
Yeh well we should care -- just look at your quarterly statements if you have pension plans or brokerage accounts. There's a lot of bank stocks in mutual funds so everyone is getting burned. |

ALL of you all talk all the trash you want. Because something could happen to each and every one of you in life that would put you in the same predicament. You could get sued and taken for all of your money... Things happen in life or maybe some of you are scam artist or just live off of law suites or live off of FOOD stamps at my expense. And now I’m going to file for them as well so I can live of you all for a while. HE HE HE HE HE
GO DEMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO |

I am starting to think that those of you who bring up this insipid argument that it is the democrat's fault for this or that are bitter, unhappy sub-humans. Remember, it was probably one of you greedy republicans who pushed the ARMs onto the undereducated in the first place. These economic criseses usually are caused by the GOP base mentality in the first place. It's always the non GOP people who look for a solution that works for everyone. |

I hope these people are thrown in jail. This shows that the lending guidelines were really extended too far allowing scumbags that lack the maturity for home ownership.
It would open them up to the exposure of how the original mortgages / loans were written. Usually with falsified records that even the greediest of Bankers should and could see through. I wish that they would press charges as that would rip the whole roof off of the collusion between the mortgage brokers and the banks. |
What is your version of a LOOSER?????????? Or what is the true meaning of LOOSERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR? Would it be someone less than you? Or Better than you? |
Can't do it..'till the bank gets possession of the home, it belongs to the homeowner to do as he wishes.. |
My neighbor took her entire kitchen, cabinets, granite, backsplash and appliances. These were not even hers to take since the bank had given her the line of credit to pay for it all, which of course she did not. Now the house is empty, will have to be repaired and the sale price will be much lower and will bring down our prices too.
