the boogeyman, an embodiment of terror in a child's mind, takes the form of a serial killer 'on the loose' and is pinpointed to be in your area. you can refute that notion 'til you're blue in the face, but 'they' know he exists. did you check under the beds?I've recently returned from a 3 week camping trip in the mountains.
I spent the days walking in the woods on the old logging roads with my dog picking raspberries and at night I sat outside and watched the stars.
There are some that think there are boogymen wandering the NH woods so I looked and looked but there wasn't a one boogyman to be found anywhere nor did I run into any serial killers.
While my time camping was quiet and relaxing I must say it did lack excitement.
Heading next week to the Maine wilderness for a couple more days of camping. I wonder if there are any boogymen wandering in Maine's woods. Hmm...
your country dogs have much to teach mine...and 'll bet you have a lot to teach me about camping.
