I'm really upset ,because my daughter lost her baggage at Sacramento airport and we never get back.But She had a phone number,adress on her baggage,and we called sacramento airport too for looking her baggage,but no one called we back,it seems her baggage was just disappeared.Right now after this report I know where is her and a lot of people baggages.This is stealing and sad that can happen here.

I don't like the idea of anyone profitting from lost luggage, especially the airlines. One more reason not to fly as far as I am concerned. And, yes, my name and address are always on the inside of my bags as I am sure many others are! I wonder how many pieces of identification are thrown away after they are purchased by this so called store. SAD, SAD, and MAD

It took me over 90 days to get my lost items settled and they finally gave me a discounted amount for new items (which I had receipts for). How many other people have to wait this long to get things settled and in the mean time you are selling their items?

Why are the items not on-line. Afraid the real owner will find out where thier lost luggage really went. How many people are going to come to you store? It sounds like you might have a pretty good theft ring going. Shame on the airlines for allowing this to happen. I guess some people don't have trouble sleeping at night no matter what they do in life. I agree with Trish and Erika.

that is so screwed up I cannot imagine where my stuff really went to now I really know and if i wanted it back i can't get it.

I think the bags should be searched before selling them off and the high priced items should be returned to their rightful owners. Although the 5.8 carot diamond ring was probably insured, why does the insurance company have to pay out? Premimus go up for other people with a loss like that. Besides, if it were mine I would've not only been hysterical, I would've wanted it returned for sentimental reasons.
