Stick with it!!!!! 3 years from now you will be making between $20 -$24 an hour! plus we get a raise and a bonus check every 3 months!!!! iv been working at dunlop for 4 years and love it!! its hard work but your going to make a lot of money!

I went through the entire hiring process last October for the Buffalo plant. I'm still waiting to start. According to the hiring manager you could have to lift up to 100 lbs. She said that was for both male and female.
