Okay Hamilton, the question I pose to you is this;
Why do you allow your managers unlimited access to our tax dollars for them to squander and steal from your company? You have placed absolutely no restrictions on travel or expenses, literally making fools of our politicians that lobby to keep your projects funded, and the American tax payers.
The manager I know from HS laughs about how he steals from you and pads his expense accounts. Do you allow every manager to have $2-300.00 dinners daily while traveling? How's a 100.00 breakfast sound-for one person I might add......
This is just one of your project managers, I understand he's learned it from the rest of them.
Didn't anyone notice Gates added 4.4 Billion dollars to the budget for the F-35?
You want to know how the managers at Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt spend that money?
Heaven forbid they drive their car to the airport to take first class seats on planes to Europe, for $5000.00 EACH WAY. Nope, they take a limo. When they get there they stay in 5 star resorts, all paid for by us, the taxpayers of the United States of America.
They eat 200.00 dinners and drink the finest champagnes, because their budget is limitless and never audited.
The person I know who works there goes frequently,(who wouldn't?) and stays for a month a time just to have a "working vacation."
When they return home to Connecticut, they have their entire paycheck for the month waiting for them. How nice.
WHERE ARE THE AUDITORS? WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS, ALL OF US.
It's like a playground for children over there.
SO, I ask you again. Who is going to get laid off? Will it be the ones who spend the most money so you can ask for more from our taxes??????????
I'm sending this to the CEO.

In contrast I'll offer you the details of a project manager at Electric Boat, a division of General Dynamics.
He essentially has the same exact position and responsibility of the person I've described as Hamilton Sundstrand's employee who was not one of the 300 laid off on April 6.
He travels frequently. He parks his car at a relatives house so EB won't have to pay for airport parking. He doesn't take a limo, nor does he sit in First Class on his trips.
He stays in reasonably priced hotels to save EB and us, the taxpayers money. It's called honesty, integrity, and respect for the employer. Have you seen white collar layoffs at EB lately? No. Apparently someones doing something right, and it's NOT Hamilton Sundstrand.
So tip for all the salaried workers left at Hamilton; To keep your position, spend as much of their money as possible. Then they can justify retaining you and needing money to build obsolete defense aircraft.
Isnt' it something??????????

I worked in Hamilton for over 25 years. Yes, I do need to get but that's beside the point. I have been laid off three times. It's the corporate culture hamilton. Hire like gangbusters when they have the work and when times get bad they lay off in huge numbers. Hamilton has operated that way for as long as I can remember and they will continue to do so. Why? Because they can't manange thier business. They layoff thier key workers and keep all the losers. Case in point unless you are part of thier good ole boy network,( I.E have a connection like many useless mangers that work at Hamilton now) Like Mike Feltrin he stays because he was a bookie and has dirt on many upper managers . Deny it's not true Mike. Russ Hubley, stays because his father got him the job and watches out for him otherwise this guy would be pounding the pavement. Brian Cowell ,Byron Yost a classic moron are just a few prime examples. Good people go out the door but But Brian Cowells girlfriend get's spared because she is blowing him.She so stupid and knows little or nothing. Deny it Brian!! There are so many other useless do nothing managers.I WOULD BE HERE ALL DAY TYPING THE NAMES OF INEFFECTIVE, USELESS , TOPHEAVY LEVEL 4 MANAGERS .WHY IS IT NO LEVEL 4 MANAGERS GOT LAID OFF????? YOU MORONS KNOW WHO YOU ARE. These people have worked nowhere else except for Hamilton. and they got thier jobs because thier daddy works there or something like or they blew someone. Right Russ? You would starve if had to do real work or real labor. These managers pull huge salaries and do little or do nothing.I dare any of these guys to refute anything I am saying. They know it's true.
